The WarmaRug from Shires Is a life saver when the weather turns, allowing you to add or remove a layer to any Shires Highlander and Tempest Rug. Touch close straps either side of the shoulders secure the liner to standard neck styles outers (to prevent the liner from being exposed to rain) but it can used with combo rugs. Snap clips secure the rear of the liner to rear D-rings of the rug.
